Why Sponsor us?
By associating yourself and your brand with the Woodfalls Band name, you can tap into the unique marketing opportunities that a top ranked Brass Band can offer. The Woodfalls name is recognised throughout the UK and so, by partnering with us, you can take advantage of this to increase your market presence across the country. The Band has featured regularly in the media which facilitates further opportunities to promote would be sponsors and partners. The band’s website has been recently rejuvenated which allows us to publicise directly onto the internet. This provides another route to market for any partnering organisation. Combined with a presence at our numerous engagements throughout the year, the advertising opportunities for partnering with Woodfalls band are both diverse and frequent.
How to sponsor us?
Woodfalls Band is made up from amateur individuals from all walks of life. Woodfalls Band therefore realises that each organisation is different. As such, we aim to be flexible to any potential partnering opportunities. We have designed a series of packages which can be applied to all levels of organisations from individuals to multinational companies. The packages outlined below are guidelines only and can be tailored to meet the individual needs of potential partners. Please feel free to contact the Woodfalls Band Sponsorship team to discuss any of these options.
Friends Scheme
Woodfalls Band operates a “Friends of the Band” scheme whereby individuals can choose from two different levels of membership for as little as £15 a year.
Benefits include:
- Membership Card
- Discounts on Concert Tickets
- Quarterly newsletter.
- Invitation to “Friends” events
Sponsor a Seat
From £200 a year, you can directly contribute to the Woodfalls Band by sponsoring a seat. With 28 regular seats, this is a fantastic way of showing support to the band and to forge a personal connection with the band members. In return, the sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- a fact file for the current seat holder;
- a subscription to the quarterly newsletter;
- credited mention in the published concert programme;
- Credited mention on the position on the bands website; and
- Invitation to the annual Gala Dinner.
Sponsor a Section
For £2,500 a year, you can sponsor a section of the Band. There are seven sections ranging from three to six players in each. Sponsoring a section of the band has all the benefits of sponsoring a seat but represents something much bigger; Teamwork. Although as individuals, we have talent, when we combine those talents together into teams, the results can be staggering. By sponsoring a section, you show the value of teamwork. Benefits include all of the “Sponsor a Seat” package plus;
- 2 Complimentary tickets to a concert of your choice.
- The opportunity to book the band for an event of your choice.
- Priority advertising space on the Band’s website including links to your own
Sponsor an Event
Woodfalls Band has been involved with numerous charity concerts and would be willing to partner with your organisation for a specific event. If there is a charity or an initiative which you would like us to perform at, feel free to get in touch.
Alternatively, you could sponsor a concert series which would allow your brand to be associated with Woodfalls Band for a longer period. Through a series of concerts, you can reach a wider audience than at a single event.
Full Corporate Sponsorship
Woodfalls Band is also interested in potential full corporate sponsorship opportunities. Being the primary and principal sponsor of Woodfalls Band gives you full access to the band’s extensive advertising and marketing opportunities with the added advantages of complete integration of your brand with ours.
Woodfalls Band would be prepared to integrate your company identity into the name of the band as well as displaying your corporate insignia on our “walking out” uniforms. You will be afforded all of the benefits from the other partnering packages with additional benefits including:
- Your company’s name included in the band’s official name;
- Your company logo displayed on walking out uniforms;
- Up to four concerts per year;
- Being able to ask Band Personnel to attend corporate events of your choice;
- A number of complimentary tickets to Woodfalls Band concerts;
- The opportunity to accompany the band at Contests.

Just Donate
Alternatively, if you do not wish to take advantage of one of the packages above, you can always donate to the band directly. All contributions are gratefully received and rest assured that it will be put to good use.
